Here’s where you'll find out what to expect from our individual sessions, how we tailor support to you, and why we might be a good fit.
CORE SESSIONS
$130 Daytime | $140 Evening
These focused, flexible 50-minute sessions are the heart of your therapy journey. Whether we’re untangling long-held patterns or exploring what’s coming up in your day-to-day, this is your space to feel heard, supported, and gently challenged - at your pace.
They’re ideal for building momentum and staying connected to the process, with most clients attending weekly or fortnightly for steady, ongoing support.
DEEP DIVE SESSIONS
$195 Daytime | $210 Evening
These longer 75-minute sessions are ideal for unpacking something complex, exploring emotions more deeply, or taking things at a slower pace.
They’re also great as a Wellbeing MOT - a space to check in with yourself, reflect on where you’re at, and realign with your goals. Whether you’re easing into more independence after regular Core Sessions or simply need a top-up, these sessions offer time to reset and reconnect - with a little extra breathing room.

Each session will vary depending on what is important to you at the time, but here are some things we might explore:
Understanding how your brain and nervous system work to build self-awareness and self-compassion.
Psychoeducation
Making sense of past experiences or relationships that still affect how you feel, think, or respond today.
Exploring the Past
Learning tools to manage overwhelm, regulate emotions, improve focus, and communicate your needs more confidently.

Using the session as a space to unpack anything that’s coming up - no pressure, no masks.
Processing What's Present
Noticing patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that might be holding you back - and gently untangling them.
Self Awareness
Getting clear on what really matters to you - so your choices align with the life you want to live.
