ABOUT

Originally from the UK, I now call lutruwita/ Tasmania home. When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me hiking with my beagle Ned, chasing down the best brunch spots, or getting a little too competitive at games night (I play to win!). I’m a deep feeler, recovering people pleaser, late-diagnosed ADHDer, and someone who’s done a lot of the messy inner work that I now support others through.

I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of burnout, overthinking, self-doubt, and people pleasing. Many of my clients are highly sensitive and experience emotions that feel intense or hard to manage - the kind that have often been misunderstood or labelled as “too much.” Often, they’ve spent years showing up for others while disconnecting from their own needs, identity, and joy. Now, they’re ready to start showing up for themselves.

My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I’m not a blank-slate therapist - I bring curiosity, honesty, and genuine care into the room. My background is in psychology, education, and integrative counselling and psychotherapy, with additional training in trauma-informed and body-based approaches. But just as important as the training is how I hold space. Clients often tell me they feel safe to be themselves - even the parts they usually keep hidden.

That’s the space I aim to offer - one where you can explore the hard stuff, feel met in your complexity, and reconnect with who you are beneath the coping strategies. Whether you’re neurodivergent or neurotypical, unsure or still figuring it out, you’re welcome here - exactly as you are.

Ned!

HOW I SHOW UP

I believe everyone has a strong capacity for change, and I deeply admire the courage it takes to seek support. That’s why I aim to show up with warmth, understanding, encouragement, and care - never judgement.

I’ll celebrate your growth, gently challenge when it supports your process, and help you step into your strength. I’ll share strategies and insights along the way, but my role isn’t to provide all the answers - it’s to support you in tuning into your own.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Therapy here is collaborative and down-to-earth - a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, get curious, and break old habits, and I'm often told that I’m calm, supportive, and easy to open up to.

I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent adults, tailoring our sessions to what you need. We'll move at your pace, explore what’s keeping you stuck and build the insight and tools that support lasting change - not just short-term coping.

A GENTLE REMINDER

Starting therapy can bring up all sorts of doubts - that inner voice might tell you it’s not the right time, or that you should just keep pushing through. But you don’t have to have it all figured out to reach out.

You’re not too much, and you’re not alone. You deserve support that helps you feel more like you - steady, seen, and connected. When you’re ready, I’m here.

THERAPY, YOUR WAY

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. We’ll draw from a range of evidence-based methods to shape support around you - your pace, your goals, your story. It’s about feeling more in control, more connected, and more like yourself. Our work may incorporate some of the following therapeutic approaches:

Psychodynamic Therapy: Making sense of deeper patterns and beliefs.

Attachment Theory: Understanding how early relationships shape present patterns.

Person-Centred Therapy: Holding space for your voice and values.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.

Internal Family Systems (IFS): Exploring your inner world with curiosity and compassion.
