I’m Zoe. counsellor, psychotherapist, and the human behind Sure Self Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I know what it’s like to sit in the therapy chair feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of where to start. Therapy gave me the space to understand the patterns that were keeping me small - the masking, people pleasing, and self-doubt - and reconnect with the version of me I’d buried under years of trying to keep it all together.
That lived experience is at the heart of everything we do here.
Sure Self is a space for adults who are ready to stop just surviving and start truly understanding themselves. Whether you’re neurodivergent or not, we work with people navigating self-sabotaging patterns, big life shifts, burnout, low confidence, or complicated family dynamics - especially those who feel like they’ve spent years on the edge of their own life.
Therapy with me isn’t about surface-level tips or just "trying harder.”
It’s about building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety within yourself - creating the foundation for long-term change, so you can stop second-guessing and start living in a way that actually feels like you.
